My Social Care journey began in December 2016. Having the responsibility of all the employees and service users is a privilege and I aim to, along with our very capable team, keep improving our service whilst being innovative. I want Spire Homecare to not only be the best company to work for, but for Spire Homecare to change the way people think of the Social Care industry.

Attended Salisbury Girls School then FE College before commencing my RGN training at Salisbury Infirmary. After Qualifying in the 80’s I worked as a senior nurse on a demanding high dependency ward. Later I worked at a large care home as deputy matron and staff trainer. Now wholly focused on Spire Homecare and our ethos of exceptional high standards especially for staff training and development.
