A very supportive and caring agency always focussed on the individual needs of the person. Carers are polite and endeavour to respect the needs of the client. It is pleasing to note the respect and support given to my sister who has a Learning Disability so that she can remain as independent as possible.

I find Spire Homecare management team efficient and helpful, all ways ready to sort out any problems quickly. I would recommend Spire Homecare to family and friends. Mother-in-law Freda likes all the carers that tend her all our friendly and caring.

I am incredibly emotional when talking about Spire Homecare and how much they have positively impacted me since taking on my package of care. I feel as though the timings are great because I now know when to expect the care staff and the carers have been really personable and friendly.

Upon immediate contact with the Registered Manager, when she visited my father's home, I felt Spire Homecare provided welcoming and very helpful care. Specifically, the care is tailored to the my father's needs - which as my father has dementia is quite specific. It's a little difficult to treat everybody for all the good work so far, so I thought I will just have a Mass said for all your carers and office staff. So, Mass will be said in St Osmund's on December 22nd at 10:00am for the Spire Homecare Carers who have supported me so patiently through my Parkinson's journey. It was an absolute please to work with you both this morning. You both showed excellent experience in Moving and Handling and professionalism, and I was amazed with the carers ability to use sign language to communicate with the service user.

Thank you again for all your efforts to find cover whilst our Live-in Carer took leave. Everything went so well and Mum has been happy and settled throughout... Amazing! Everyone has been so genuinely kind and caring. We are so happy that we have changed to Spire Homecare. Thank you all x
